@igelsias312 More people taking instruments perfer guitar over drums. It’s more of a typical instrument. I happen to play guitar and I love it. Drums are just fun to customize and buy stuff for it as time goes on.
ahhh… them show-offs these days. I enjoy embarrassing them to make them less cocky.. I’m playing man, good demonstration. Just keep it dead basic. We’re talking people that have been playing for a couple weeks to a couple years here.

I’m new to drumming and this was no help at all. From what I’ve seen elsewhere, the core principle of drumming is to lay down a solid groove as a supportive player. Solos are cool, but for a beginners lesson, a total waste of time.
