if you want some easy SAT help – and it’s FREE (and cheaper than a Hagwon) try http://www.number2.com – register and practice. It’s just what the Hagwon would do.

Also try getting any of the Practice SAT books – most research backs up the idea that PRACTICING is by far the most effective.

There are quite a few math tutors – if you go to any of the “bigger” well known Hagwons (Andy Prep is one that comes to mind) you can probably sign up and find someone to help you with the Math. French I’m not so sure – and Violin – sounds like you need another teacher.
