Would Learning the Violin Make Me as Frustrated?
E.Rigby asked:
I grew up with piano lessons and I wasn’t very good at that, but I want to play the violin. If I didn’t succeed at playing the piano and learning to read the notes, then would it be pointless to try and learn the violin? Is there any good videos that teach you to play the violin?

since you arent so good at reading notes and music symbols then it might not be a good idea to play the violin…..i play the violin and i didnt have any music experience when i started..so you might be able to do good……
Being able to read music is pretty essential to being able to play any classical instrument. However, a lot of people don’t know how to read music prior to learning to play, so you might do all right. You have to be committed to learning to read music, though. You’ll probably want to find yourself a private teacher as opposed to a video, though. A video can’t see where you need to improve, but a teacher can.
