Can somebody help me with my violin?

OLDFASHIONED asked:

I got my first violin today. I am going to go to my first lesson in a week or two and I was just wondering if anybody knows a website to help me learn the notes and how to read music. I am stuck on especially that part. How to READ the music sheets. If anybody has a good website where it has all the details. PLEASE give it to me….

Wait for your music lessons. The teacher will tell you which beginning string method book they would prefer you to use.

I have typically used Essential Elements for Strings, for my students.
It teaches beginning notes and shows you where to put your fingers.

The best way is to wait until your lesson. Usually, experienced teachers will know your abilities and know what to teach you so that you can learn efficiently.

Ask your teacher at your first lesson, since you will not likely have to read much music for the next few weeks.

    Good luck with your Violin
