Learning to play it is fairly simple.
Learning to play it well is difficult.
It depends on how well you want to play and how much time/effort you want to put into it. There’s no harm in trying it and seeing if you enjoy it.
I started playing the violin with out any musical knowledge and it was really great! A teacher makes learning it 100% better and adds a lot of fun to it ( doing duets and such).. Im not really sure of what your looking for in a 1-10 scale , it depends on the teacher. .. But in any case get yourself lessons, practise, never give it up and you’ll be playing amazing pretty soon !
