Wellll, i play viola:) so close enough:P practice, practice, practice. :) and that’s pretty much it:P haha:D and lotz & lotz of blisters on your fingers:( but after A LOT of practice, you get there:D
Well, we don’t have to press the strings down really hard. Just a light touch does it. I’ve been playing for 7 years, and I have nice thick calluses on the end of my fingers. Also, practicing a piece again and again creates something called “muscle memory”, which means that you can play something without thinking about putting down each finger. =]
