What kind of job should a violinist like me get if I want to change careers?

I have no high school diploma or high school degree.

Skills/experience:
Intermediate/advanced general computer skills
Music – 9 years!
Courier/driving
Forklift experience
Some auto repair
Leadership
Stage presence/theater
Music teaching
Physically strong/agile
Cash register
People/telephone skills

I hate sales jobs.

Maybe I should to something totally different and out of the blue. Violin teaching/performing isn’t paying the bills let alone the self employment tax.
I have a wife and kid.
I have been thinking customer service for a cell phone company would be just the thing. (?) Good advice from all, though.

I haven’t been playing violin for too long and I would like to find some jazz music to play. Also I’m pretty new to jazz music.

Virtuoso violinist Ida Haendel still playing at 81
MIAMI BEACH, Florida (AP) – Ida Haendel plays what she calls her “fiddle” to a small audience at a friend’s apartment late into the night. Her chin fits snugly into the violin. Her body is still, only her hands move as she plays for a young student, who has waited most of the day for this moment.

Guthrie Burnett-Tison, 13, earns black belt in tae kwon do
Guthrie Burnett-Tison seems like any other 13-year-old. He likes movies and music. He likes “Lord of the Rings.” He likes to ride his bike, fish and ski. He plays the flute, piano, piccolo, violin, and is trying out the bagpipes. Well, maybe that last part isn’t like any other 13-year-old. But this may not be either: Guthrie is a first-degree black belt in tae kwon do.
